Valerie is a creative director, photographer and abstract painter.  She has worked under her boutique creative agency, The Eternal Child since 2013, which focuses on commercial editorial story-telling in both lifestyle and product still life. She also works as a creative director specializing in atmosphere’s and table tops for dinners and workshops, along with retro nostalgia.

Valerie produces print and online media thoroughly connected with the earths natural elements, pulling inspiration from nature wherever she may be. She specializes in design and development, surrounding food, lifestyle and atmosphere, working with different brands and artisans.  As a photographer, she focuses on lifestyle and the artistry of food, travel and still-life and their connection to the outdoors. She strives to work for and in collaboration with ethical companies that either give back and are conscious of their carbon footprints.

As an abstract painter she has taken inspiration from her travels across many parklands, using the color and texture of the landscapes as her palette and her emotional connection to mother earth as her guide. Her work is driven to evoke emotion if it be either captured within a photo, painting or simply laid across a table to enjoy.
